Brent Dezember — President. Brent is the founder, owner, and President of StructureCast. In addition, he has founded and managed a ready mix concrete company with annual revenues in excess of $16 million as well as a real estate development firm. Brent has over thirty years of construction experience and holds a Master’s degree in Business. He understands the objectives and needs of construction projects and specializes in implementing innovative strategies. Brent is currently on the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Executive Committee and serves on its Board of Directors.
Jeff Booey — General Manager. Jeff brings over twenty years of experience in manufacturing from managing, estimating, designing, engineering, production, shipping, erection, to quality control. Jeff is a certified engineer by both the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) and the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA). He also holds certificates in production & quality, lean manufacturing & concrete and customer satisfaction. Jeff holds Master’s degrees in Business and Engineering.
Rick Treatch – Finance Manager. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant, also holding a Masters Degree in Leadership Studies and is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership. As a finance professional, Rick has worked in public accounting and private industry, specializing in construction, as a controller and/or Chief Financial Officer for over twenty-five years.
James Hatcher - Quality Control. James brings a highly professional and trained skill to the Quality Control department at StructureCast. James has graduated from concrete curing, SCC, and mix design classes offered by the National Precast Concrete Association. James has assisted StructureCast in maintaining a certification rating level in the top 3% of precast concrete plants nationwide and is currently one of the team leaders at StructureCast as the company pursues certification from the Precast Concrete Institute of America (PCI).
James Conrad — Operations Manager. James enjoys a thirty year career in the construction industry, with twenty years in architectural precast concrete production. James has been a superintendent, owner, and contractor.
Tom Stenger — Mold Shop Superintendent. Tom has worked with precast concrete molds for over twenty five years. Many different molds have been made, from the basic fabrication of flat molds to the specialty molds of architectual panels and use of rubber liners.
Tony Vargas — Casting Foreman. Tony has been with StructureCast for over fifteen years and has been involved in all forms of casting. Tony is a graduate of the California Precast Association’s Quality School.
Temo Ramos — Fabrication Foreman. Temo has been with StructureCast for over ten years. Temo is responsible for all forms of steel fabrication and rebar placement. Temo is also a graduate of the California Precast Association’s Quality School and is an AWS certified welder.
