Brent Dezember - Owner and President
Brent is the founder and President of StructureCast. In addition, he has founded and managed a ready mix concrete company and a real estate development firm. Brent has over twenty-five years of construction experience. He understands the objectives and needs of construction projects and has specialized in implementing innovative strategies.
Jeff Booey - General Manager
Jeff is the leader of the StructureCast Production Team. With over 20 years managing construction materials manufacturing in the San Joaquin Valley, Jeff has experience with ISO 9000 Quality System, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Jeff has an engineering degree and MBA from CSU, Fresno.
Jim Conrad - Architectural Production Manager
Jim oversees all of the Architectural production and operation at StructureCast. He ensures that all of our Architectural production activities are managed in accordance with the Safety, Quality and Productivity Standards of our Mission Statement. Jim has enjoyed over a twenty-seven year career in the construction industry, with 20 years in Architectural Precast Concrete production.
Larry Turpin - StoneTree Project Manager
As a project manager, Larry oversees the operation of the StoneTree Architectural Precast Concrete Fencing division, including sales, production and installation. Larry is a licensed California Fence Contractor for 28 years as well as a General Building Contractor for 25 years.
Lacey Ortiz - Sales Administrator
Lacey has been directing sales and marketing at StructureCast since 2004. A graduate of CSU, Bakersfield with a degree in marketing, Lacey is responsible for managing our job pipeline and is key to the maintenance of our customer service.
Tom Stenger — Mold Shop Superintendent
Tom has worked with precast concrete molds for over twenty-two years. Tom has manufactured many different molds, from the basic fabrication of flat molds to the specialty molds of architectual panels and use of rubber liners.
Tony Vargas — Precast Supervisor
Tony has been with StructureCast for over fifteen years and has been involved in all forms of casting. Tony is a graduate of the California Precast Association’s Quality School.
