Precast concrete plants that achieve certification must pass a rigorous examination of their entire manufacturing process that ensures they are equipped to meet exacting requirements demanded by the construction industry.

Certified plants are established companies with a dedication to manufacturing first-class products. Once certified, plants must maintain their credentials by passing periodic on-site, unannounced certification inspections.

The certification program is designed to help quality-conscious architects, engineers and users identify and select high-quality precast concrete manufacturers. Certification pre-qualifies manufacturers as being capable of superior workmanship.
